Project-based Action Plan for Implementing the Strategy for Basin-wide Environmental Management for Environmental Assets of Regional Importance 2021–2025
This report provides practical guidance to Member Countries and partners on implementing the strategic priorities and actions of the Strategy for Basin-wide Environmental Management through a coordinated approach. It describes a set of 13 projects forming a coherent work programme across the 12 priority environmental assets of regional importance. The report includes a sustainable funding strategy for Member Countries and the MRC to pursue, an outline of the governance, roles and responsibilities, risk management and monitoring, evaluation and reporting arrangements.

Basin Development Strategy 2021-2030 and MRC Strategic Plan 2021-2025
This Basin Development Strategy, in Part 1, sets out how water and related resources of the Mekong River Basin should be utilised, managed and conserved over the next 10 years from the perspectives of the Lower Mekong River Basin countries. Its main purpose is to guide all actors involved in Mekong water-related issues towards achieving improvements in the environmental, social and economic state of the Mekong River Basin.
Including in Part 2 of the strategy is the MRC Strategic Plan for 2021–2025, which is a unified corporate plan that is fully integrated with the BDS 2021–2030. The Strategic Plan sets out how the MRC will contribute to the implementation of the BDS and to strengthen the organisation over the next five years.

Mekong Basin-Wide Fisheries Management and Development Strategy 2018-2022
The strategy focuses on inland capture fisheries, based on the national management and development policies, strategies and plans of the Member Countries. It was developed on the basis of the Integrated Water Resources Management-based Basin Development Strategy for the Lower Mekong Basin 2016-2020.
