The Mekong River Commission (MRC) Secretariat hereby invites sealed proposals from eligible companies for Assessing the MRCS Financial Reports and Account Policy to Comply with the International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS) per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request for Proposal (RFP). A firm will be selected under the Quality and Costs Based Selection (QCBS) procedures described in this RFP, following the MRC regulations detailed in its Procurement Manual.
