Invitation for proposals
The Mekong River Commission Secretariat (hereinafter “the Employer”) hereby invites sealed Proposals from eligible Consultants for the consultancy services called “Consultancy services to the Management of the Exhibition for the MRC 3rd Summit in Siem Reap, Cambodia” in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request for Proposal.
This Request for Proposal (RFP) includes the following documents:
