Qualifications and Requirements:

• Advanced degree in data and information management;
• Good proven knowledge of socio-economic data and information management;
• Over 10 years of work experience in database design and web development, information system building and management;
• Solid technical skills in web development frameworks (MVC)/platforms;
• Knowledge in Mekong river water resources, environment and climate change related an advantage;
• Strong skills and experience in working for international organizations or companies;
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills with wide ranging stakeholders;
• Excellent English Proficiency (speaking and writing);
• Strong work ethics in commitment, delivery, quality and compliance with all MRC’s Rules and Regulation Regarding Consultancy Management and Contract Monitoring and Closure;
• Besides required qualities, immediate availability will be considered as an advantage to the selection process.
