It provides a scientific review of the documentation submitted to the MRC by the Lao National Mekong Committee, covering hydrology and hydraulics, sediment and geomorphology, water quality and aquatic ecology, fish passage and fisheries, navigation, dam safety, and socio-economic aspects.
