4.1.1.2 Strengthen capacity and commitment for the consolidation and enhancement of nationally managed river monitoring networks

4.1.3.2 Upgrade the MRC’s Decision Support Framework with the latest international standards and technologies in order to serve both planning and operational management purposes, building on the reinvigoration of MRC’s data, information, modelling and communication systems
