The Mekong River Commission Secretariat (MRCS) invites sealed proposals from eligible companies to provide security services at the MRCS, in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request for Proposal.

A firm will be selected under the Quality and Costs Based Selection (QCBS) and procedures described in this Request for Proposal (RFP), following the MRC regulations, detailed in its Procurement Manual.
