Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education Background: BA in business or public administration, MA preferred;
  • Years of Work Experience: More than 10 years experience in designing and implementing relevant training courses;
  • Years of Experience in the Required Field: more than 10 years experience in soft skill training (negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, coaching, leadership, team building, problem solving, time management, etc.) and ability to deliver the training in a professional manner;
  • Other Required Skills and Knowledge: (facilitation, reporting, inter-personal, communication, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written);
  • Knowledge of MRC is an preference.
  • Compliance with all MRC’s Rules and Regulation Regarding Consultancy Management and Contract Monitoring and Closure
  • Besides required qualities, immediate availability will be considered as an advantage to the selection process.
