Following the General Procurement Notice poted on the MRC website dated 13 April 2009, the Mekong River Commission Secretariat now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply Office Equipment for IKMP.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10 March 2010, 15:00 (local time). Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and return unopened. Bids will be opened at 15:00 in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person. All bids must be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee of 2% of the total bid price.
