Condition Survey for Navigation on the Mekong, Vam Nao and Bassac
Rivers in Viet Nam
The Mekong River Commission Secretariat invites sealed Proposals
from eligible Consultants for consultancy and technical services
for the project called "Condition Survey for Navigation
on the Mekong, Vam Nao and Bassac Rivers in Viet Nam" in
accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Request
for Proposal.
The project is financed by the Government of Belgium and Australia through the Navigation Programme of the Mekong River Commission.
The Proposal shall be submitted in a global envelope containing two separate sealed envelopes, one for a technical proposal and the other for a financial proposal. The financial proposal shall be in the required format and in an envelope clearly marked "Financial Proposal" on the envelope. The selection will be based upon consideration of both Quality and Cost.
Deadline for submission of the proposal is 25 April 2008
2 May 2008 by 16:00 (Lao
time)
Consultants may request a clarification of any of the RFP documents up to 11 April 2008. Any request for clarification must be sent in writing, by facsimile or email to the client.
