The role of MRC is to co-ordinate and promote co-operation in all fields of sustainable development, utilisation, management and conservation of the water and related resources of the Mekong Basin.
The MRC is looking for qualified Lao candidates to fill the
following short-term assignment
Flood Management and Mitigation
Programme
5 working months during August 2009 to December 2009
This position is required for the temporary replacements of MRCS staff during their maternity leave. This position is based at the MRC Secretariat in Vientiane, Lao PDR. The Terms of Reference and other information can be downloaded from the link at the top of this page.
